Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $25–$75 is required to secure all appointments. The deposit will go toward your service total. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Same-Day Appointment Policy

Same-day appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule or may receive a shortened service to avoid delaying other clients.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows time for other clients to book.

Late Cancel Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service price or will be required to pay a new deposit before booking again.
